How should I clean my products?
Most of our items are dishwasher safe or hand washable. Check the product page for specific cleaning tips.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. No matter where you are, we’ll do our best to bring Plushi to your doorstep.
Where do you ship from?
Our pieces are shipped with care from our partner warehouse in China. We work closely with our suppliers to make sure every order arrives safely, so please allow a little extra time for delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we process orders quickly, changes or cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, your order will already be on its way, but you’re always welcome to return it once it arrives.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders usually arrive within 1–2 weeks, depending on your location. We’ll send you a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped so you can follow it every step of the way.
What if I don't receive my order?
If you don't receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
All of our prices are shown tax-free in GBP. Most of our customers don’t experience any extra charges, but depending on your country’s customs regulations, you may be asked to pay duties or import taxes when your order arrives. These fees are set by your local customs office and aren’t something Plushi can cover, but we’ll always do our best to make your experience smooth and stress-free. If you’re unsure, your local customs office will be able to give you the most accurate information.
How do I return an item?
If something isn’t quite right, don’t worry. Just email us at contact@movienightly.com and we’ll help you arrange a return or refund. Our goal is to make the process simple and stress-free.
What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
Please contact us if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are sent to your original payment method. Banks usually take 7–10 business days to process, but if it’s been longer, we recommend checking with your bank or card provider.
